1806Legier When I connect abroad (Japan) with my television via the internet browser I do get a proper audio signal however the video is not shown. The speed of the connection is good enough. Any suggestions?
bitracer Have you tried with a different browser? There might be also some content restriction in place when watching abroad.
bitracer Maybe the browser you're using has issues with the specific video codec support that Swisscom blue TV uses. Did you try using the same browser to watch TV before leaving Switzerland?
1806Legier Sometimes some video can be seen, however very minimal, so I don't think it is the browser with its settings
bitracer Which browser do you use? Did you try with Chrome? The fact that it works sometimes tells me that there is no explicit limitation in the Swisscom backend. It's likely to be a client side problem, most likely the browser.
