Consider hosting Wingo community here. The Swisscom customer base is much larger and the community is very lively. Wingo customers would also benefit, considering that Wingo uses the same hardware.

@bitracer This was already discussed for several times in the german speaking community, Swisscom is not interested in that, as well as Wingo topics should not be included in this community (exceptions are tolerated), Blue TV is the premium product, which operates also this community including work time of Swisscom coworkers for moderation and maintenance of the software and so forth. Wingo as well as M-Budget are low budget products, and as a consequence there is no separete communities for them. For problems with Wingo products everybody can contact the Wingo or M-Budget Help Center. Some users in the german forum have more strict opinions about that, thinking, that no answers to questions concerning Wingo or M-Budget products should be given at all. But this is not my opinion.

That's nonsense. Swisscom benefits from both Wingo and M-Budget. All those users are ultimately Swisscom customers, no matter how you brand it, directly or indirectly.

All those customers use Swisscom hardware and could benefit from reaching out to the community for answers and support.

@bitracer As I said, that's their opinion, but on the other hand, if you pay much less for a Wingo subscription you can't expect the same comfort. However, as I learned from those discussion Swisscom does not intend to create a Wingo or M-Budget community, as well as Sunrise does not operate a Yallo community 🤷‍♂️.

The community also benefits the provider, as it reduces the support costs. These products fill the gaps in the current Swisscom offering and allows Swisscom to acquire customers that would otherwise go with another provider.

I'm looking for a no-frills offering for my elderly parents. They don't need much beyond basic internet connectivity.
