Dear Community,
We asked selected users what they like about the Community – and what else they’d like to see. They told us that they want the Community to be less anonymous and discussions on specific product issues to be more efficient.
We are taking a step in that direction with these new features. We are also working on further innovations to enhance the Community.
Easier to get started with our onboarding tour
We welcome new members of the Community immediately with an onboarding tour covering 6 simple tips to make it easy to get started in the Swisscom Community. You can view these tips at any time using the profile dropdown menu.
More personal with ‘More about me’
Under Profile settings > Personal information > More about me, you can indicate your level of expertise, outline your views and tell us which Swisscom products you own in a few simple clicks. This makes it easier for other Community users to help you.
An improved overview with the Profile Card
From favourite badge to activities, the new Profile Card enables other Community members to see everything important about you at a glance. By clicking on their profile names, you can also view this information about the other people in the Community.
