Cancelling the Blue Premium

Hello all,

Can I have the contact form to ask for a cancellation of my TV Blue Premium option, as my kid by mistake activated it. I’ve called the hotline and they told me that I have the obligation to keep the contract until 6 months and no reversal is possible. The Swisscom consultant suggested to raise my issue via contact form, but I cannot find any.

Could you kindly assist me?

@Liefreldu98 Yes, unfortunately Blue Premium D, Fr and It have minimum contract periods of 6 months. Hopefully the contact to Swisscom with your explanations may help you to get out of this.
