No respect for the customer (my number 90530987)
Do not recommend at all, I spent more than 20h of my life in the last days trying to solve my issue with Swisscom.
I moved to a new address and before moving I asked swisscom if they could provide internet there and they said YES!
When I requested the transfer of my home Wifi they said it could not be done, meaning they did a false advertisemet telling me they could provide WIFI.
They said a new line would be installed by 21.04.2023 and everything would be covered by swisscom as it was their fault to say they could provide Wifi when there was not even a line installed.
Several days ago it was booked a visit from swisscom technical support to come home and finalize the installation of the line to make my wifi work.
I called more than 5 times to confirm the visit, including yesterday. Today nobody appeared and I called customer service.
Rathursan Sivanathan from customer care told me that i was LIED about, that NO VISIT was booked, that the 5 operators that confirmed me that the issue was going to be solved today LIED TO ME ABOUT IT.
The own operator told me that it was all a lie.
Now they want me to pay someone to come finish the installation that they promised they would do.
Can you believe that? must be a joke.
Congratulations SWISSCOM, maybe when I complete 30 days without WIFI I can celebrate with a cake?
