The WEB-Mail password is normally the same as for the Swisscom login and it is special for email programs.

It cannot be the case that the same Swisscom login has different passwords on different PCs - impossible.

No matter on which and what kind of PC you use the Swisscom login, the password IS always the same (assuming you also use the same user name)

You have to correct the (old, incorrect) password stored in the Acer browser.

What do you mean by “only with Swisscom email”?!?

Either you use an email program such as Outlook or Thunderbird or Windows Mail or Apple Mail…

or

You use Swisscom/Bluewin webmail in a browser using http://webmail.bluewin.ch

What is the status of things on your 2 PCs regarding webmail / Swisscom login?

Try logging in again with a different internet browser and using http://webmail.bluewin.ch.

@Jürgen N When you open something? Another question: Are you in MySwisscom? If so, you have the same password for webmail. If you have changed the password, you will also change it for webmail.

With Firefox this all works without any problems for me.

Delete your Firefox browser profile:

It could be that you have activated an AD blocker, it also works for me with Firefox without any problems.
