For example, I often have this with my 1Password manager on the Android device. This is integrated directly into the Samsung keyboard and is not always displayed. I can stop the app and then start it again via the settings.

The MySecurity program is loaded on an Acer laptop (Acer Nitro AN517-52 - Windows 11 Home).
Unfortunately, I don’t understand the question about browser extensions - I’m just a simple user.
Until now, registration on the insurance website, for example, worked as follows:
Password safe released at MySecurity, on the website of the corresponding provider a blue icon appeared on the right side when I entered the username and password?, I clicked on it and I was in the customer area.
The blue thing no longer appears (username and password are currently copied and pasted manually).
As I said, as a simple user, I don’t dare change anything in the settings etc. With Dr. I searched a lot but didn’t find anything specific.
Could be something going wrong with an add-on.
Maybe you have a free tip, gooooooooooooogle something else - maybe I’ll find something that even a DAU (dumbest user to assume) will understand.

Thank you very much for your note.
No corresponding app found among the apps.
In the meantime, reinstalled the Firefox browser - it didn’t help.
Installed the previous browser Microsoft Edge again and lo and behold - everything works again.
I really hope it stays that way.

Firefox also has a “pop blocker” function which is installed as standard and you may have to deactivate it.
If a pop-up is blocked, Firefox will show an information bar (unless you have previously disabled the bar as described below) and an icon will appear in the address bar, see link below.
Had to deactivate this for two users because they had blocked information that was necessary.
