Installing Blue TV app on LG Smart TV

While trying to install Blue TV app on LG Smart TV I have been asked to log into my LG account.

When connecting to my newly created LG account I get a message that the services is not available in my country (account created with bluewin.ch email address)

Why should I do?

@Timpuflau72 I suppose you live in Switzerland, otherwise other problems arise. Which country region you set in your Smart TV settings? If it is not Switzerland, then you have to switch it. The.ch in your adress alone is not sufficient to recognize the country region. You can change the country region as decribed here:

or take a look in the user manual of your TV.

I did set my Smart TV as Switzerland for location/LG Services...still it seems the log in to the LG account is an issue.

Timpuflau72 wir haben das gleiche Problem. alphatronics hat geantwortet, dass auf die neuesten Fernseher die App von Swisscom nicht funktioniert. Wie kann das sein? Liegt es an Swisscom oder ist eine Smart TV nichts so smart in der Schweiz?

@Timpuflau72 Ok, if it is as LG account problem, possibly the LG support may resolve. I personally do not have a LG TV and so no experience with this. The number you can find here (there is aûnfortunately no version of this page in English, only in German and French):
