I too had my internet blocked for no apparent reason yesterday afternoon, and after rebooting both the router and the OPNsense machine behind it, which is the **true** router handling the connection, still nothing was working.
I ended up finding about the issue connecting via tethering from my iPhone, and found out about some unspecified "security issue" which triggered Swisscom to block my internet connection.
I quickly clicked thru the issue and was able to restore connectivity, but lost some 30 minutes of work on the last day of the month, with deadline looming for both me and me wife, both working from remote...
Dear Swisscom, THIS IS NOT COOL!
A few points:
1- if you cut my internet connection, DO SEND AN SMS ON MY PHONE TOO!!
2- if you cut my internet connection, TELL ME WHY YOU DID IT, not a generic message telling me that your capable support staff can help me for a fee!
I am a networking and security professional, and sometimes run things that might look suspicious.
But if you cut my internet connection without knowledge of the real reason, then I can only get upset about it.
By the way, still today, a good 24 hours after I had solved the issue (without taking any screenshots since I was pressed on time!) some other message with an issue was shown on the "My Swisscom" page, although my internet connection was working fine.

This is too much of a generic message, and it is of no use to me.
I NEED MORE INFORMATION!
Many thanks, Luca
