App download wrong region

Hello everyone!

I live in Switzerland and I have a Swisscom account and subscription. I am trying to download the app from here but for some reason when I click on the link to download the app, and it brings me to AppStore for Apple, however it says that I can't download the app as I'm not in the right region, it doesn't even work if I have a vpn active.

Anyone had the same issue and eventually an answer?

@Zopeisi83 Just to get it, which App do you mean, and it is an app which is only available in Switzerland? Which is the region you normally use in the Appstore? Did you try to change the region already (see link). A little bit more details could help.

Hey! I mean the Swisscom App, I've been trying to download it from the Vaud region where I reside! I changed region like you suggested with the link and it worked thank you!

Try go to Apple Store and install Swisscom

@Amur That's clear, but the problem here was, that in the Appstore of another country, it is not possible to download the app, so it was necessary to switch to the Swiss Appstore 😀.

Please follow https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675?hl=en and make sure to select Switzerland.

Please note the following restrictions:

You must wait 12 months after initially creating a payments profile before you can change your Play country. You can only change your Play country once per year. If you change your country, you won't be able to change it back for one year.

When you change your country, you won't be able to use your Google Play balance that you have in your old country in your new country.

You may lose access to some books, movies, TV shows, games, and apps.
