Email account deleted due to change of internet provider

hello,

my family recently changed the internet provider. now apparently the offer was a package; internet, mobile phone (home) and email in one.

Now, because we don’t use this offer anymore from Swisscom, my email account was deleted. Is there a way to reactivate my bluewin (Swisscom) email account without having to pay anything?

any ideas would be much appreciated, its my most important email address.

@aimmiapia Hello, if the deletion happened during the last 90 days you should use Szenario 4 in the following link (please use the MySwisscom herein):

If the deletion is longer ago, I’m afraid that this is no more possible, but you can try to contact the hotline 0800 800800

maybe they can help.
