How can I update the Internet Box-2 firmware?

internet-box 2 here...

latest installed Version on my page states: Firmware version installed: 14.00.52/02003

latest version available on Swisscom support page states: Release Notes (Version 14.20.24)

internet box as rebooted but still no new version is found.... and considering that manual download no longer a option how to force an upgrade on the firmware??

no possible so it seems... 🙄

Turn the expert mode on. You'll see the beta firmware versions (Version 14.20.24).

Turned expert mode on, rebooted internet box and still no go on the newer firmware 🤷

Go to the Internet-Box/Firmware menu. You should see it there.

Updates do not happen for everyone at the same time, so you need to be a bit patient. If necessary, you can try unplugging it from the power outlet for about 10 minutes, but there is no guarantee that this will resolve the issue. One more thing: never unplug it from the power outlet or turn off the IB2 at night, otherwise, it will delay the update. Updates are performed at night.
