I took out a 24 month contract in February 2022 for internet and fixed telephone.
Before I confirmed I asked the sales person if I could suspend this service for 4 months every year. She said this would be possible.
I contacted Swisscom to announce our departure and suspend our services from 24 November 2022 to 22 March 2023.
The first agent told me that thus used to be possible but was no longer available for security reasons!
The second agent told me that it was not possible because I receive a small discount of 5,00 CHF per month.
I then sent a registered letter to Swisscom, Berne to say that either they suspend my services as promised or they cancel my subscription due to breach of contract.
Now 10.000 km from Geneva I find that Swisscom are continuing to invoice me every month and I have received no reply to my registered letter. However I find that my telephone service has in fact been suspended.
What to do...Swisscom nous prend vraiment pour des vaches à lait!!!
