Swisscom Box 21 Apps's

    • Who decides which apps run on the Swisscom Box 21 and not.
    It would be an added value if the ARD media library or ZDF media library were available.

      The ARD and ZDF media library is available via HbbTV (red button) if HbbTV (interactive television) is activated on the box (home-> Settings (gears) -> “TV and radio” -> “interactive television”).

    @Flacheuku70 That’s a shame, but there’s no other way to use the box at the moment. I think the suggestion has been made and the moderators can accept it as a request, we can’t do anything more in this “customers helping customers” forum.

    It would also be good if the apps had a short description of what functions they have. Or what you can use them for. For example, I would like access to the SRF and RTS media library. As well as myfilm. ch

    If you press OK on the remote control for a long time instead of briefly opening an app, the description of the app appears.

    From SRF, “only” Play SRF is available as an app, but not the media library. To access the media library, you have to activate “Interactive TV” in the settings of the Internet box, then you can access the media library via HbbTV using the small red button at the bottom left of the remote control.

    myfilm.ch is not available as an app.
