In the basic configuration of Fritzbox, if Swisscom is not in the list, you choose another provider
and you name the new profile Swisscom blue.

I don’t have a bridge/bridge mode on my Fritzbox because it’s a router!

you must use dmz mode to replace pont/bridge mode

Do you have any news regarding your ‘activation code’ problem for the fritzbox?

I have been fighting for 2 days with the same problem, but with a NOKIA XS-010X-Q bridge, also in the list of Swisscom BBCS certified devices.

Connection OK, but we land in a 100.x.y.z network and the only page that works is the swisscom splash page which asks for a 10-digit NSN that Swisscom does not have….

Indeed, the 2 hotlines I had don’t seem to be able to give it (in the sense that they don’t know where to look for this number). Last idea from the support is that this type of ‘device’ is yes certified but cannot be connected to a ‘Residential’ contract. It would be necessary to enter into a business contract.

I should have the answer on Monday, but it is clear that if a change of contract should be necessary, I will also opt for a change of provider, init7 style.

Swisscom has it, but only the physical connection service is only accessible when moving in/out and is obtained when you conclude your internet subscription to Swisscom blue Internet.

You must look at your Swisscom invoice if you are a customer in mySwisscom if the paper is not available…
unless I’m mistaken, the 6-digit number is only valid once!

An internet registration document is like an official document and must be kept for the entire duration of the contract +5 years after termination.
Contact ombudscom for an amicable arrangement if you are in good faith with all the supporting evidence.
