Amazone Prime / Apps

    • On the home screen of Swisscom TV it shows me various information as well as “Amazone Prime” etc etc.

    But how can I install the Amazon Prime app on which Swisscom Box 21, like Netflix or YouTube.

    Is there also a list of all the apps that need to be installed?

    • @Flacheuku70 just go to Home and then to Apps at the top right. All the apps are visible there, all grouped together in subcategories, you just have to go through them. You don’t have to install them separately; they will be installed as soon as you select an app. The Prime app is also available there.

      On the start screen you can add them to the “favorite band”, but only a few that Swisscom predefines, such as: E.g. Sky, Netflix or the Prime app.

    Simply start the Prime app on the home screen by clicking on an icon or simply start the PrimeVideo app in the app area in the UI, then the app will be installed if it is not already installed.
