I have a subscription for Swisscom TV but am AGAIN unable to view dozens of channels that are covered by my subscription and receive the message "This channel is unfortunately not included in your subscription...." when in fact I am paying for them. I have reported this issue to Swisscom and am told the issue will be resolved with no commitment as to when. This is not the first time this has happened.
Has anyone else experienced this?
