    @Faulaujeusch76 This will be possible from October 4th, then under “Your products” -> “TV” -> “Customize options”. Or with the first replay advertisement directly on the box. See also here:

    So I subscribed to Replay Comfort. It is promised that you can skip the advertising in the replay as well as in the recordings. This doesn’t work at all. As before, I still have to painstakingly wind the advertisements by hand. The promise that advertising can be skipped exactly is currently not being kept. And that’s why I subscribed to Replay Comfort for 6.90 per month (of course also to continue watching ad-free TV)! I’m curious as to why this promise isn’t being kept…

    @derschwizer1990 on which channels does it not work? How far into the past have you “travelled”. Does a 7-second spot appear at the start of a program and does it say “Ad” at the front of the channel logo in your TV guide? Which TV box do you use?

    The following criteria must currently be met for Replay Comfort to be effective:

    • It must be one of the three UHD boxes, from mid-November on all other devices (smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop, smart TV). From 2023, the HD box will no longer be able to replay or record (will be exchanged/replaced with box 21)
    • Only in TV subscriptions blue TV M, L or X.
    • The software for Replay TV must be on the TV box

    There doesn’t seem to be any replay advertising at the moment, or it’s disabled.

    Everything I start via replay doesn’t have a spot at the beginning of the show, but starts right on time. The replay advertising spots between the programs are completely missing, and you have to/can fast forward. The start markers after the advertising are also missing.

    Unless it runs consistently and without problems, I recommend not subscribing to Replay Comfort.

    Anyone who has done it can deactivate it again, then pay for a month, or even better, complain about it not working perfectly. Maybe there will be a credit.

    Do you mean recording or broadcasttime?

    Up to 7×24 hours after the broadcast time (replay window) it can be time-delayed television or watching a recording that has already been made.

    I’m rather pleased that I don’t have to endure the in-your-face replay advertising of the “Hateful 19” on older recordings, and that I will be able to overcome the previous commercial breaks as before with fast forwards or Nx 30s nudges.
