    • @Setzietzeng64 Hello

      I have exactly the same problem with 2 Zermatt phones from the same series as the Davos which broke down within a month’s difference. One of these devices was already replaced two years ago. New batteries, the two devices made in China are completely silent.

    I had the same problem; so I opened the battery box, removed them, then I unscrewed the 4 small screws to access the electronic part, I tapped on the plate and put everything back in place, tightening the 4 well screws, replaced the batteries, closed the case. To my great surprise the phone turned back on.

    @StéphanieC Hello

    The link you gave us and a user manual. The problem is that it no longer turns on at all. Personally both my phones broke within a month of each other.

    I discovered the same problem on the German forum so I went to the Shop in my region where I heard everything about the device falling, improper use on my part or insertion of the wrong rechargeable battery in the same device as Replacement batteries were always purchased from Swisscom. one of the devices was changed free of charge by the hotline a little over two years ago but now they all died.

    The store’s definitive response suggests acquiring a new one without any discount, in short, a device to last 2 to 3 years, no thank you, much too expensive for this quality.

    Cordialement Doremi
