iPhone 14 now available for pre-order

Dear Community,

From today you can pre-order the new iPhone models iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max in our online shop. The iPhone 14 Plus will follow from 7 October 2022.

Except for the better camera and selfie cam, the iPhone 14 remains similar to its predecessor. Instead of a mini, the "normal" iPhone 14 is now also available as a Plus with a large 6.7-inch display - with the best battery life of all iPhones.

The most visible change is in the Pro models: They have a new pill-shaped notch that adapts flexibly. Apple calls this "Dynamic Island": If a call comes in, for example, the notch enlarges to display it. In addition, the 14 Pro and Pro Max have a brighter screen, the latest processor and a brand new 48-megapixel camera system.

There are currently problems with the iPhone 14 pre-order. An error message is displayed during the order process. Please repeat the pre-order process at a later time. We are working on a fix and apologise for the inconvenience.

Our experts are informed that for some orders with payment by instalments, one-time payment is displayed during confirmation. As soon as we know more, we will update the message on the status page.

@Lieldallo39 No, we as customers like you, can't tell you how long it takes. In the german speaking community there is a thread like this one, full with with clients asking the same. depending on the exact model it takes a bit of times, you will be informed, more we can't tell you in this customer help customer community.
