Enable and disable subscriptions (Abonnements) for normal users

In order to work around the current issue of false URL in subscription mailings, we have disbaled the subscription feature for regular users

Disabling subscriptions

Go to “Permissions”/Berechtigungen:

Choose “Edit defaults”:

Goto “Benutzer die Verwendung von Abonnements erlauben” and set it to “Deny”:

Enabling subscriptions

Go to the same place in the admin panel

Set the option “Benutzer die Verwendung von Abonnements erlauben” to “Grant”
