Gaeilgeoir Jiockiosiep25 Miriam is no more working for Swisscom. But take a look here: https://www.swisscom.ch/en/residential/combi-subscription/internet-tv-subscription.html/?ignoreEPDefaults=INTERNET,TV so you will get a code which you can use to activate the Netflix subscription.
Jiockiosiep25 thank you @Gaeilgeoir. Via chat I was told by support that the Netflix promotion "was forgotten" due to some internal processes. I hope to get the voucher soon via email..
