Dinteffoy38 I'm talking about Webmail from Swisscom, for E-mail clients you can take a look there, or you're going to tell us which E-mail client you're using.
In Webmail you can block someone's address permanently, but no message will be sent. A permant block is done as follows:
in Bluewin -> "Settings" -> E-mail "Blocked Senders" -> "Add" (see snip)
