Swisscom crashing when scrolling through the sports channels

Hi all

In the last month, everytime I am scrolling through the sports channels..Canal +, Blue Sports etc, my swissbox crashes/freezes.

I have to either reset via the settings option or turn off and on and resest

Does not happen with any other channels. Only if im switching between the sport channels.

Anyone else have this issue?

Have you seen any special error-messages or other specialities when this problem occurs?

(e.g. Imagefreezes)

They are able to see further details with your box.

Or they are also able to exchange it for you.

Seems strange 🤔.

Sounds like a simple Software-Bug but as it doesn't disappear after a reset there could be more.

Try to reach out to Swisscom and maybe you are also able to pick up an exchange device in a Shop or a KKiosk-Site-Store.
