Data Roaming not working

Dear team, please assist me. I purchased a package for data roaming and when I have reached the destination country i am no longer able to connect to internet. The APN is only Swisscom one, my phone has connection but no internet.

Ziofriorau82 This is a customers help customers forum, so we have no access to you personal folder. First question: Did you enable data roaming on your cell phone (I suppose you did, but we better doublecheck). For Iphone you go to settings then to "cellular", then take a look on cellular data option, if roaming is off, the toggle data roaming in on position

for Android, open "settings", tap "Network and Internet", then "Mobile Network", then turn on Roaming.

What does Cockpit show for the destination country, is the package you bought shown?

No news is good news. I assume you are now able to use the Internet and your data package.

In addition to check if data is allowed in your phone network settings, I recommend to check also in the Swisscom Cockpit and in your My Swisscom account if the roaming is enabled and no blocking set is active.
