No, unfortunately not resolved.. I was in touch with a nice lady who promised to call me back, but as of yet, no reply..I will try to get to Swisscom today in Gva to see if they can help.. The contract details are quite confusing, there is plus and minus allover the place and finally ONE doesn’t know what is what.. Just see Bill in system for 217 Chf.. Unbelievable.. I just can’t pay these amounts..
