1. I think it would be nice if you said hello first.

  1. Screaming is absolutely unnecessary. So Caps Lock out.

3. We are very happy to help. But in order to be able to help you have to describe the problem in detail. Any keywords are not enough. Our glass balls are all broken.

4. Sentences like do you have an idea or thank you for your help are extremely motivating.
