Why has Channel 3+ lost original audio/language option?

I have been watching many programmes on 3+ for years and have always had option of switching to original audio (English). Language option has just disappeared now (even on programmes I recorded that did have it at time of recording!). This follows the same thing happening (a while back) with M6…

Could someone please explain the change?

@EmmettenGooner I can imagine, that the reason is a change in license rights. But it could also be a bug, which can be fixed more or less easily. I could reproduce this behaviour, so is not related to your box. @LeylaG could you please check internally, what's going on concerning this subject. Thanks in advance.

According to our specialist, this is from the studio side. 3+ doesn't deliver the signal with the dual tone option anymore.

Thanks for the answer even if it is really annoying...maybe to do with the fact they now provide a UHD channel as well?
