replacing internetbox

Hello!

I purchased yesterday a second-hand internetbox-3 to replace my internetbox-2.

I connected it to the network, but I get the LED blinking red and white.

in the router webpage it clearly shows that there is no internet connection, on the other hand, in the diagnostics it seems to have all the correct settings (including an internet IP address, etc.) but instead of "Connected" I see "internet registration pending".

After 24h is still like this.

Any clue about this?

Did internet box 3 recover the original WLAN data from your old modem? If the answer and yes called has the Swisscom hotline at 0800 800 800 because the delay of 24h and much too long.

I managed to make it work.

I needed to go to register the modem in order to replace the previous one.

1. Hardware reset with the modem not connected to the internet line.

2. Register modem: www.swisscom.ch/start or www.swisscom.ch/access
