For emails from the Inbox or Outbox = Indefinitely.

Regarding emails in the Trash and the Spam folder = 30 Days.

The problem should be clarified! To find the e-mails still present in Webmail, simply click on the corresponding folder in the list of folders on the left to display the list and, perhaps, still use the “Search” field at the top right to find a particular message.
