In the past week I have an error code 12001 when trying to play any shows/movies via the Netflix app on my Android tablet. The app works fine on my Android phone and Firestick and Smart TV.
I followed all Netflix guidance on clear cache and data, uninstall, reinstall, reboot on the app plus resetting wifi connection. I've also tried to use the mobile hotspot on my handy without success.
I spoke to the Netflix support team yesterday and they are blaming Swisscom (as ISP) claiming Swisscom could block one device.
I did install a Deco X90 router 2 weeks ago but the problems did not occur immedaitely, and I have also tried when connected to the P7 mesh devices which have been running on the system for 2+ years without issue, so I don't think the upgrade to X90 it is to blame.
Any ideas how I can solve this will be appreciated.
