@Imemyself0000 You must press on "Home" on the remote control, then you go to "App" in the main menu, then under recommended Apps you go to the right, there you find the mycanal App. You can also add the App in your channel list in the customer center "MySwisscom" or directly on the box. You can also press the microphone button on the remote control and say "MyCanal" then the app should open.
