@sconcentrato Have you restarted, i.e. unplugged the box for 10 s? If that doesn’t help, a factory reset (keyword: paper clip in a small hole depending on the box on the bottom or back) can also have a positive effect. I’ve already done that, and a restart helped.
I assume the box is connected to the TV with the HDMI cable that was originally supplied, otherwise that could also be a reason. If the box is connected to the Internet box (corrected, see below) via LAN or WLAN, the dog could also be buried here.

And even if the connection between TV-Box and IB runs over Gigabit Ethernet, a powerline used elsewhere in the house can interfere with the DSL signal and this interference can then “pass through” to the TV-Box.
