myCloud sync Probleme

  • At myCloud (Desktop) under “Files”, it has been saying “Syncing…remaining 1 files” for ages, which means it has never been completed. Next, the date & time always shows the time when I logged in (in the morning). Ie hours later the time from “today” tomorrow is still there… I would be more than grateful for suggestions for solutions.

    There are various reasons why file synchronization may fail:

    • The file was locked by another application: This means that the file is currently being used by another process and could not be read by myCloud Desktop.
    • The number of files and folders in your sync folder is too large. You can find more information about this here.
    • You are trying to sync an unsupported file type or a file with an unsupported file name. You can find more information about this here

    Unfortunately not, because for me “uninstall and reinstall” is not the solution, everyone suggests and from my point of view it is “last resort”, so if nothing else works… Greetings
