I have been a swiss com customer for around 13 years, I am in the process of moving house and noted that my current swiss com subscription can be cancelled with a short notice and no penalty. I could then take out a new swiss com package and benefit from the new members 50% discount.
My question is more is there not an easier way then cancelling and then starting a new one as a new customer. Would Swiss Com not just give me the deal for new customers without cancelling and potentially as a discount as i wouldn't then need new routers etc.
