Apps don't open

    • Youtube, Play Suisse and myCloud in my favorites bar can no longer be opened. The screen turns white briefly, then the TV channel comes on again. If I go to the apps and click on these apps, they open normally. I have already restarted and reset the box.

    Do you have the problem too?

      I reset the box again and the apps now open perfectly.

    @tom4 Try the following:

    Go to the app overview, then select one of the apps (the one causing problems in the favorites) by long-pressing OK, then uninstall.
    Then reinstall it again by starting the app again with OK in the favorites.

    I uninstalled Play Suisse and downloaded it again. Unfortunately it didn’t help. You cannot uninstall YouTube and myCloud. Anyway, thank you very much for your tip…

    @tom4 Ok. Yes, not all apps can be reinstalled.

    How did you do the reset?

    Did you press the reset button in the hole at the bottom of the box with the paper clip or the SIM card opener tool while the box was running?

    I had the same thing with Netflix. Back then the only thing that helped was to wait until there was an app update and then it worked again.

    I’ve now tried it with MyCloud and YouTube, it works perfectly for me via Favorites.
