internet contract termination

dear sir/madam,

I'd like to terminate my inrernet contract as of 1st July 2021 (my swisscome corporate mobile number will stay as is).

Please, advise how I could terminate my contract.

Reason for the contact termination - I'm going to leave my currect appartmens after 1st July 2021.
