DomiP @Ziengeubie26 the easiest Way ist to call the Hotline at 0800 800 800 or contact them by WhatsApp trough the same number. Then you can pick a card up in a Kiosk or a Swisscom-Shop. They can also send you one by mail but this can take some days.
