According to discussion in the community, it is not possible to synchronize the email addresses in Bluewin Mail. I have access to the Bluewin email from my PC (Windows 10), iPhone and tablet (both Apple) but I don’t have the same addresses anywhere!
On my iPhone and tablet I have old email addresses that I can no longer delete, not even via settings.

The Bluewin WEB-Mail addresses cannot be read in e-mail programs, but only directly in WEB-Mail.
I installed Thunderbird myself and the addresses are transferred there via iCloud to the Windows PC, iMAC, Macbook and Linux PC with a special Tb sync. AddOns automatically synchronized, as does the calendar.

It’s best to choose a central contact account that can be used by as many email programs as possible.
The most popular options for centrally managing contacts are a Google account or a Microsoft account because they can be synchronized best (also easily with iOS devices).
Most users already have one or the other of these accounts anyway.
But there are also other options.
The same approach is also recommended for maintaining a central calendar, which should also be synchronized across many different devices.
