Then I hope that the new software release rollout will follow soon. Because it’s tedious that you can’t access various series due to the error.
As a work-around, at least with ‘Father Brown’ it works if I search for the series using the search function and then select it in the search results.

@Anonymous @meridian45 thank you!
Do you all have Blue-Max? The most recent?
I have to see whether this behavior also occurs for me as a PPV user (Pay-Per-View) 😉
I still have blue+ (old Teleclub) and the UHD box

Hello everyone,
Doesn’t happen with my TV boxes with the latest software 😉 anymore.
Just tested it.
But I also have software on it that you all don’t have yet.
So this will be fixed with the next software release rollout.
LG
are you sure? As a super friendly user, I should also have a beta version on the box
@DomiP no, it’s never happened to me before, only with this series. And I’ve already watched a lot of series about Blue Max
You don’t need the subscription at all.
If I understood correctly, it’s about when you navigate there in the UI then the error happens and boom you fly out of there without having watched such an episode of the series.
I hope I understood that correctly….???
But you can also navigate to this series as described at the beginning and then see how many series and how many episodes there are. You can do this without a subscription… you just can’t watch it.
Just try it out…
