my question concerns the programs of the tv language package in albanian.

why is the channel 'klan kosova' not working anymore? an error message is being shown on the screen since october.

It is possible that the provider of this channel blocked the stream or swisscom is no longer able to access it. Mostly its a License-Issue.

But maybe @UrsSch can tell us more?

Good Morning,

Klan Kosova is temporarily not available due to technical problems. The Channel changes the way to deliver the signal from satellite to IP delivery and that caused massif adaptation for the involved hardware and software. We expect the channel back on your screen within the next ten days and apologize for this inconvenience. But we also have good news: as from February 3 you'll find in your Albanian package - without any extra cost - a new channel, "Klan HD Albania". Klan HD Albania is the largest and most popular private television channel in Albania established in 1997 and the most beloved screen for Albanians abroad.
