iPad tv app incorrectly recorded device changes

The tv app on my iPad recorded device changes multiple times. Now app is blocked for 90 days. How can I unblock?

for app blue TV the most suitable browser seems to be Chrome with either Windows / Microsoft or iOS / Apple

for more targeted help specify:
- which operating system is available on the device used
- which browsers were tested

I use the iOS app on my iPad. Multiple times the app asked me to login instead of login automatically. Then it indicated that my max number of device (5) was used and asked me which one to replace. The list included my iPad usually with connection date same day or one before. I selected this one and it worked. Clearly I should not have done that. I did not use any browser that I know of in this process.

the bug is known will be corrected with the next updates

this bug also occurs with Windows or iOS operating systems

TIPS & REMARKS:

several problems were noted with some browsers and blue TV

the most reliable seems Chrome either under Windows/Microsoft or iOS/Apple

and preferably Firefox under macOS/Apple
