On the Live TV channel guide I'm getting the following error message for SOME channels only:

"Oh no, an error occured

Your browser unfortunately does not support the playback of purchased or

rented videos (films, series or sports events). Please use Chrome for this.

If you use an external monitor, please disconnect it. Some monitors prevent the playback of protected content."

Fore some channels I get this error message and others work flawlessly.

Also the Privacy and Security settings for Flash are blocked.

for app blue TV the most suitable browser seems to be Chrome with either Windows / Microsoft or iOS / Apple

for more targeted help specify:

I have exactly the same problem. tried with most of the available browsers without success.

the support on the phone could not help me either.

Only some channels from specific bouquets and recorded programs are unavailable.

I'm running the latest version of Google Chrome: "Version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build) (64-bit)" and my Windows 10 is up to date.

Any help or tips would be welcome.

Same problem here on some channels and on all Blue Cine Plus content which is really a bummer and a good reason to cancel it ASAP.

Tried on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE on Desktop and laptop with no luck.

I had this issue and fixed it.

In my case it was not related to the browser but to the screen settings. I was using a 240hz refresh rate. changed it to 120hz and my PC became 'HDCP compatible'.

Check on the nVidia control panel in the View HDCP status session.

My display setup is HDCP compatible as show right above. Refesh rate is rather modest at 60hz but no matter of the brower or single/multiple display settings, it keeps just failing to play.
