On top of everything else, there was an internet outage. Man oh man, Swisscom isn’t missing out on anything this week.🙄 (Unless it has something to do with the forced update 😉)

Unfortunately not for me yet.

@MiriamF

it would be pretty cool if my update could be pushed before the weekend

Sorry, we can’t force the update.

You should already be able to use the channels included in blue Max, but the streaming offer will only be available after the update.

Now it’s slowly enough.

Unfortunately the update hasn’t been delivered to me yet, but the email delivery for the “advertising” for blue works perfectly.

Yes, I truly experience great emotions.

Swisscom must now finally roll out the updates for those who already have blue+!!

It can’t be that difficult. If necessary, adjust the update plan a little!😞

So I’m disappointed, why is the mobile app not blue but an ugly gray?

If it doesn’t work for you, just sing I’m blue da ba dee da ba daa 😂

It’s a shame that it doesn’t work out over the cloudy weekend.

Same thing for me on both TV boxes.

Blue Prime: Movies work in the TV guide until October 5th. flawless (of course without the October “premieres”)

On mobile phones, most films can also be played on demand via Blue Max.

Series on demand: Nothing works

Previously Teleclub Movie, I quickly switched to Blue Max because I’m practically only interested in the “premieres”.

I actually wanted to cancel the Teleclub movie because for some time now only

About half of the 30 (Teleclub old) films are premieres, of which 5 to 8 films are worth seeing every month.

With Blue Max 19.90 Fr. plus the series (according to Blue Max advertising) things are now getting interesting again.

Can someone help me?

I still have the old package: Teleclub Movie for Fr. 29.90 and Teleclub Sport for Fr. 12.90.

It used to be that if you had the basic package there was a discount for the others.

Does this no longer exist?

Currently it would be almost comparable: Blue Max for Fr. 19.90 and Blue Sport for Fr. 29.90

So no more discount?

Correct

However, one can also argue about the topic of added value. 4v channels were also deleted from the Max and replaced by 8 other channels. And Starzplay is supposed to be included too.

I’ve been reading for a long time now and thinking about whether there really are people who… B interested in StarzPlay? Incomprehensible and I’m probably the only one who should see that all the Blue stuff is a rip-off 🙄🙄🙄🙄 old series and films and sports 🙄🙄🙄

Show original language (German)

Exactly. And a few less channels.

However, the series are included in the new offer and “everything” should be available in the stream, including all episodes of a series. I don’t know what the premieres look like, as far as I know, nothing has been communicated about it yet. It is questionable whether there will actually be 30 premieres per month again.

I see it like this: Teleclub has lost massive amounts of customers and content with the departure of SKY and the Corona crisis. You had to do something. Teleclub Play was no longer successful either. There was a lack of good content, people were wondering why they should still pay Teleclub, the competition is getting better and better. That’s where the idea for the blue TV concept came from.

Linear channels can only be combined with a streaming offer to a limited extent. Swisscom tries to do this somewhat clumsily, channels are missing and the fact that you could record content from linear channels and watch it later is hidden.

There are losers and winners in the current offer. Luckily for some, the “old” packages are still available until 2022. I switched because I can’t stand the mess on the interface.

Show original language (German)

You can still record from the linear channels, but of course only from those that still exist on blue Max.

If I no longer have a home channel, I can no longer record anything from it. And the content of the home channel, for example, is missing from the blue+ media library.

Show original language (German)

Thanks for the information, that’s very important for me. However, I’ll wait to switch because some of the missing channels are a reason for me whether I continue to use blue+ or not. But there is still some time to decide, as the old offer will remain in place until the end of 2022.

Totally fucked up this week.

When Sky renamed the film channels everything went smoothly and without any problems. The transponder changes also went without any problems.

In my opinion TNT Film belongs in the Blue Max package! Doesn’t make sense to only offer TNT series and TNT comedy…

The whole thing is weak…

Hello community

If you see blue content on your TV-Box but cannot select it, it is because your box has not yet received the latest software.

It will take until October 5th for all TV boxes to receive the new system. We ask you for a little patience. Soon you too will be able to fully enjoy the new blue experience.

Kind regards, MiriamF

Hello

I have subscribed to “Teleclub Family” and am not yet on “blue+” or “blue documentary” changed.

Now “Teleclub now” contains many documentaries from “National Geographic” etc.

Can these documentaries continue after the switch to “blue+” or “blue documentary” can still be viewed or is it no longer available?

Show original language (German)

@MiriamF

Please make a precise comparison of the respective full subscription

Telelcub (blue Movie+Series+Family+Sport) and

blue+ (blue Max+Doku+Sport)

What do you lose when you switch, what do you gain. The price is identical except for 10 centimes.

What kind of channels are lost when switching (which ones could possibly come back?)

Is the offer in the new Blue+ for watching films and series identical to that in blue Now (formerly Teleclub Now)?

Many people no longer see through this and may experience a big surprise when switching to Blue+. To avoid this, create a compilation that everyone understands as quickly as possible.
