Latest Swisscom TV Box fix playback issues

  • Playback after a “live pause” doesn’t work properly. It goes back to “live” and not from where I did “livepause”.

      With so little information, no one here can help you.

      So you probably have to contact 0800 800 800 directly and ask the colleagues on the hotline for help.

    Rebooted and reset done. Both didn’t work. At the beginning everything was really quick with this new box. The start was lightning fast but no more.

    TV box connected directly to router. Only problem with TV. There were no problems with the old Swisscom TV 2 box (without UHD). Only with new box. I don’t have a UHD capable TV. HD only
