Excerpt from yesterday’s press release:

In addition, over the next few weeks, as already announced, the “MySports” channels will also be available for subscription on Swisscom Box, which will, among other things, show the top Swiss ice hockey leagues.

Of course, this is very unfortunate, as the announcement came in the summer right around the start of the season. UPC and Swisscom would have been better off saying probably at the end of the year, then no one would have been angry if it had happened a little earlier.

Very unfortunate…

As a long-time swisscom (teleclub) customer, I think the price of 25.00 is a pure rip-off… when Swiss ice hockey was taken over/offered to upc, I felt ripped off… now it’s back, and I should Pay another 25.- extra for my complete teleclub program…absolute cheekiness…I don’t know how others feel…

But I, as a big hockey fan, won’t do that to myself… pure rip-off…

Hello @Viempioross54

Always slow with the young horses. But you are already aware that the ice hockey rights are with MySport/UPC and therefore MySport/UPC, as the provider, also sets the prices. Swisscom has no say whatsoever. Or did you expect Swisscom to give every subscriber MySport?

I have to admit that. Because if he were to watch Maysport via UPC ice hockey, he would also have to fr. 25. Pay. It’s not Swisscom’s fault. That’s UPC its price. I am also an old customer and also have to go to UPC fr for Maysport. 25. pay.

Hello @stephan

how should I say…

So, either way, UPC wouldn’t have had the rights for much longer, as the bankrupt vulture is slowly circling… and yes, I’m very disappointed with swisscom (teleclub) that I should pay 25.- for this type of sport, which at was already offered to them, then was outbid by upc…

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not hoping for a free diploma…but for Swisscom to give something back to its customers wouldn’t be too much to ask…my opinion…and now, that stones me…

I understand you already. I would also have preferred that you would have received something in return from Swisscom in return for your loyalty to Swisscom. But in this day and age, you can’t expect recognition from any company.

Personally, I don’t care about the CHF 25.00, because compared to before, when you were a Swisscom TV customer without a Teleclub subscription. If you had to pay Fr.5.– per game, you can get even cheaper with Fr.25.– per month because you have access to ALL games and not just the individual game that you rented.

But be that as it may, I would rather Swisscom would finally move forward with the activation of “My Sports” and put the painting of their services blue on the back burner. I don’t like this “Blue” craze anyway.

Wake up dear Swisscom managers, the hockey season starts “TIMELY” on October 1st!!!

Today I tried to talk to Swisscom on Facebook to ask when the Maysport channel would be on Schalden. Unfortunately I received a derogatory response from Swisscom. You told me on Facebook that you had only shared that you would be attending Maysport on Schalden in the fall and had not given a date. That means we can probably wait even longer.

I’m actually of the opinion that Swisscom and UPC announced 1 ½ months ago that the connection would take place in the 3rd quarter and that would be now.

I have a community too. But apparently Swisscom doesn’t want to say anything. It’s best if anyone who wants to see Maysport on Thursday should contact Swisscom and go ahead.

Super Service super Blue 😂👍

If necessary, you can also download the “YUU” app so that you can also watch hockey. Costs CHF 30.00 and can be canceled at any time without any further obligation and can be canceled at any time, simply stream it on TV.

Hello zame

Your frustration is completely understandable.

Since mySport will only be launched on Swisscom in the coming weeks (current official wording), it is worth considering an additional alternative for those who want to see the first games from October 1st.

Kind regards, Miriam

I had Yuu in the test phase and was never happy.

I recommend SKY.ch because you can book MySport as an additional option. It costs 34.90 but you also have a decent app for Apple TV. Can also be canceled monthly. There is also an app for Apple TV, and various televisions. And you can get a lot more sports via SKY, for example golf, F1, Formula 2, Formula 3

Sky also has a stick that plugs directly into the TV. It costs 80.- but also includes 2 months of Sky Sport, MySports Go and Zattoo Premium. So a great offer.

I would also take the Sky TV Stick, with the 2 free months of Sky Sport, MySportsGo and Zattoo Premium included, you don’t lose anything.

Especially the Swisscom TV customers who were happy to finally be there on Swisscom TV or blue TV at the start of the new ice hockey season could then see that they get an extensive TV offer for much less money, and so on blue could do without.

By delaying the mySports package, Swisscom is running the risk of losing some of its highly praised TV customers.

What I would be very interested to know is who is the brake pad here? Is the problem with Swisscom or UPC?

It can’t be the case that the shutdown can be delayed for so long. But I don’t think you can expect an honest answer at the moment.

I’m very disappointed, since we can’t watch all the games in the stadium, I would have expected everything to work out at the beginning of the season: poor performance.
