Switching from Multi Device to Connect Pack

    Multi Device Option for tablets (Fr 10) and one

    for smartwatches (Fr 5).

    What do I have to do if I want a Connect Pack instead of the two options? Can this be done with existing eSIMs or do they have to be deactivated first?

    • So I was already using the watch back then and simply booked the Connect Pack. By booking the option, the watch subscription will then simply receive a discount on the invoice. So shouldn’t be a problem.

    The hotline’s statement is partly correct.

    You can simply adjust this in Kundencenter and you’re good.

    And as already mentioned, the advantage is that you have any 3 devices available and top download speeds.
