@Fridiostei23 the DCHP 60 option is precisely there to offer various services / ISPs on one line when they have been booked.
If you have configured everything correctly (VLAN ID 10 and the correct values in the DHCP option 60) and have a normal FTTH-Anschluss (i.e. not XGS-PON with 10 GBit), then it is the already known router registration problem.
If so, you have 2 options:
- Wait 1-2 weeks until the platform problem is probably definitely solved
- Convince the first level support to connect you with the 2nd/3rd level support during office hours in order to manually enter your router in the registration database

I proceeded as described in the first post. e.g. with the exact same setup, simply without DHCP option 60, I’m on the Internet (Sunrise, which also surprises me), everything works. With DHCP option 60 (according to Swisscom Info [https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/hilfe/geraet/internet-router/ Fremdrouter.html](https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/ hilfe/geraet/internet-router/ Fremdrouter.html)) I get to the Swisscom network until I register. So the router has never worked with Swisscom, premiere would be yes.
The router also worked before with UPC. Is a UDM Pro. 😊
@Werner Yes VLAN and DHCP 60 are entered correctly.
In my opinion, xgs-pon has not yet been activated in our property; the normal 1.25gbit spf+ module was also included in the Internet box 3.
I had already been in contact with support today, but I was quickly informed that Swisscom does not provide free support for third-party routers. Of course the whole thing wasn’t helpful…
After trying for several hours, I’ll give it up now.
Today was my first of 14 test days that I have with Swisscom to decide to change provider, but if it continues like this the decision will be easy.

I definitely believe you that your configs are fine, I just wanted to explicitly point out again that the homework must be completed correctly as a prerequisite.
I’m still not changing any routers myself because, in my opinion, the problem in the registration task has not yet been definitively resolved.
But of course it’s also difficult for Swisscom to officially issue a solution report if there’s a problem that doesn’t officially exist… so we can probably continue to puzzle over it.

Are you sure that registration is necessary with the FTTH variant? Yes, you also need registration for FTTH, otherwise your joy about the access will only be short-term…
@user109 and/or @Herby can certainly describe to you much better than I “poor fiberless gate” what exactly happens if you don’t register on an FTTH connection.

@manu77 if you don’t use DHCP option 60 for FTTH, you will get a 100.xxx.xxx.xxx address.
nothing more, no services. DHCP option 60 is there to make ISP/services available on your line.

@manu77 a router registration with Swisscom is necessary, otherwise no services will be activated,
except for a new connection where a router has never been connected. The connections were mostly prioritized (registered). If I don’t create a Swisscom login there after 3 months, the Anschluss will be deactivated.
Background: with the router registration (SC serial number / MAC from the router (recognized by the system)) I receive the subscription profile that is switched there on the Anschluss.
As additional security, I receive an SMS that a new router has been installed on my Anschluss to prevent misuse.
@user109 ok yes, that makes sense, but this doesn’t seem to be working at the moment.
When I register I see the page “Registration successful, internet access has been activated.” However, my router doesn’t get a public IP afterwards and so the internet doesn’t work either.
I’ve now tried about 20 times with Swisscom login or serial number as well as with all possible DHCP 60 options, unfortunately without success.

@Fridiostei23 I can’t tell you anymore because it works now.
I managed it with second level support.
They had apparently already stored my MAC in the database through registration attempts. The gentleman then did an “over provisioning” and after that it worked.
