In my opinion, the Bluewin app is intended for news anyway and the emails are just a feature thrown in because someone still had some time…
Otherwise, can you try connecting your Bluewin account to Gmail (i.e. Gmail)? In this way we could narrow down the problem a little, because if it works there, we can say that it is the app and can then inform those responsible directly about it.
You can read how to connect the Bluewin account with the Gmail app here: [https://emailsetup.swisscom.ch/guide/#customer=residential&lang=de&manual=setup&step=androidPersonalInfo](https://emailsetup.swisscom. ch/guide/#customer=residential&lang=de&manual=setup&step=androidPersonalInfo)

I have just written an email with a link in the Bluewin News/Mail app and sent it.
The link is actively clickable and arrived on 3 different devices with different mail programs and mail apps. The link can also be actively clicked in the emails of the Bluewin app.
So basically it works…
I know some people who use the Bluewin app every day for emailing and no one complains about it…

Possibly a bug?
@Franziska8 what kind of device do you have exactly? You said Android 8, isn’t there an update to 9 or 10 available? Or do you use a special keyboard?
What’s dubious is that this seems to be the case with Gmail, right?
Do you have the opportunity to test it with another device but your address?

Hello @POGO 1104, how did you insert the link?
@Franziska8 As a rule, you insert it as usual. Press and hold at a point in the text and then tap Insert or Insert in the menu that appears.
P.S. By the way, you can call us on a first-name basis here - after all, we are a community! 😉
@Befronef87 To be honest, I don’t see a problem if the last really stable update of Android 9 has been installed. After all, KitKat should be running everywhere since about… I’m also not sure about the device whether this is a special beta program-like update. Because “Pixel Experience” is advertised…
@Franziska8 but really try to see if it shows you an update, otherwise just with another device.

Very simple: via copy/paste….
Copy the URL from the address bar of any browser.
Paste into the email window with a long press.
Ready
But manually entering a URL, e.g. www.sbb.ch creates a clickable link
