If an antivirus / firewall / VPN is active, I would temporarily switch it off and test whether it works. With Kaspersky, for example, you can also put the TV Air website (tvair.swisscom.ch) on the whitelist and test whether it works.

I would not only turn off all the security apps but also completely uninstall them and reset the firmware to the default setting.

I have the same problem (laptop, Windows 7, Firefox 71.0, TV Air 4.0.22.0 from 05/25/2020).

My note: Replay works perfectly for me.

But if I want to watch a current program (which is currently running) (e.g. SRF Kassenrutsch yesterday), the message comes up, regardless of which channel.

The only question is what is blocking what from running? I don’t feel like having to resort to Zattoo or Wilma just because swiscom doesn’t have a Windows 10 app for the PC for such problems

Normally there is no need for an app because TV-Air works on the Windows 10 PC and iMAC, so the error must be somewhere on the system.

If you have tried creating a second user on the Windows 10 PC, you can remove it later.

In any case, with the Windows 10 PC I don’t use a separate antivirus protection program, but rather use WIN10’s own.

Installationen, Netzwerk, Internet, Computertechnik, OS Windows, Apple und Linux.

I’ve already tried that but without success. Well, if you could install the mobile app here, you would still have an alternative to the web browser in case of problems. I don’t want to reboot my system because I have too much data that I would otherwise lose 😞
